NHL star Claude Lemieux’s death has left the hockey community heartbroken.
Us Weekly confirmed on Thursday, May 28, that the hockey legend, who won four Stanley Cup championships, had died at the age of 60.
“He was loved by his wife and four children, and on behalf of the Lemieux family, we kindly ask that everyone respect their privacy during this difficult time,” NHL Alumni announced at the time.
