Kristin Cavallari can’t vote for Los Angeles mayor — but she’s still cosigning Spencer Pratt.
“This is more The Hills, but coming off of Laguna [Beach], I had a lot of people say, ‘Talk about Spencer running for mayor.’ So you know what?
