Tom Sandoval has filed for a restraining order against Victoria Lee Robinson and her father. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Sandoval, 44, claims he was subject to “verbal and physical abuse” by Robinson, 33, and her father, Will Robinson, after a night out on June 3.
