Amazon, which owns Apprentice producer MGM Television, is eyeing a reboot of the hit NBC reality competition series to air on its Prime Video platform, The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, April 29.
According to the outlet, Donald Jr., the son of original star President Donald Trump, could be in line to host. However, the report notes that the project remains in the “early stages” and that “Amazon hasn’t approached the Trump family” as yet.
