Cristiano Ronaldo has high hopes to one day meet President Donald Trump.
“If the world is in peace, it’s our goal. He’s one of the guys that can change — or help to change — the world,” Ronaldo, 40, said on a Thursday, November 6, episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored. “This is my main goal.”
He continued, “[Donald] is one of the guys that I want to meet. I wish one day [to have that] opportunity.”
After host Piers Morgan offered to introduce Ronaldo and Trump, 79, the professional soccer star reiterated that he wants to “have a nice talk” with the sitting U.S. president.
