NFL free agency doesn't officially open for a few more weeks. However, the Miami Dolphins helped kick off the transaction portion of the offseason on Monday. The Dolphins officially released wide receiver Tyreek Hill and are anticipated to let go of edge rusher Bradley Chubb.
