In anticipation of inclement weather Sunday in Daytona Beach, Florida for the NASCAR Cup Series season opener, NASCAR announced Saturday it was bumping the start time up an hour in hopes of avoiding a weather delay — a familiar occurrence at Daytona International Speedway.
