Skip Holtz, one of the most successful head coaches in spring football, stepped away from his post with the three-time champions Birmingham Stallions this offseason. Filling those big shoes is a familiar face, with former UFL product and Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron taking over — one of several new coaching changes for Year 3.
