Josh Duggar Files New Appeal After Judge Denied Recent Motion

Josh Duggar has filed another appeal, this time for a judge’s recent denial of his motion to vacate his conviction. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, June 18, Duggar’s legal team filed a notice of appeal earlier in the week. Instead of appealing his conviction, Duggar, 38, is appealing the judge’s decision to deny the motion which occurred two weeks ago.
