Ant Anstead and his business partner, Jenson Button, scored a victory after they were sued over an alleged deal gone bad, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.
Court documents obtained by Us reveal that the judge removed the $119,000 judgment issued against Anstead and Button, both 46, in connection with a lawsuit brought on by a man named Timothy Tasker.
As Us previously reported, Anstead and Button claimed they were not properly served by Tasker — and the judge agreed.
