A Kansas man allegedly told police he randomly attacked a woman and her newborn child with a hammer in order to quell his “homicidal thoughts.” After he was arrested, Jason Eastburn, 43, allegedly described to Wichita Police how he had spent his Christmas Eve morning looking for someone to kill.
