Trisha Paytas is opening up about her nutrition plan after going on a GLP-1 medication.
“I have lost 30 pounds in two months using a GLP-1,” Paytas, 38, said via TikTok on Tuesday, June 23. “Here’s everything I eat in a day.”
First, she held up a Venti Iced Green Tea Lemonade from Starbucks, which has “60 calories” in it. “I used to get an iced coffee or a matcha and it always had a ton of sugar in it,” she noted, adding that her lemonade still gives her a “little pep in [her] step,” thanks to the caffeine in it.
