The U.S. is planning to offer rewards to Gazans who help locate the bodies of the deceased hostages who were held by Hamas, a pair of senior White House advisors told reporters Wednesday evening."We're probably going to put together some sort of program where we're going to ask people to see if they can help us to locate bodies.
